Payment:

CRIME PASSIONNEL accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dankort, Klarna and MobilePay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. CRIME PASSIONNEL encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorised persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Defect Items:

As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears 14 days. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects. Cancellation and returns:

For online orders we offer 14 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase and you haven’t opened the packaging yet, we will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost. We do not pay the return freight.
